Earn Extra money with Avon

Avon representatives wanted throughout the UK. How much will I earn? You will earn between 20-25% earnings, so if you get orders of £200 you will earn £50 as well as lots of free gifts. How many people do I have to deliver to? As many or as few as you want! If you like, you can just use it as a chance to sell to family and friends, or you can make it as big as a full-time job. If you want more or less customers, just speak to your Sales Leader. Will I be an employee of AVON or self-employed? AVON Reps and Sales Leaders work on a self-employed basis. Does it matter where I live? No. We are looking for AVON Representatives and Sales Leaders nationwide, all over the UK. Can I work any hours? Yes. It's your own business so you choose your own hours. The best time to work if you need to speak to customers is of course, evenings and weekends when people are more likely to be at home. Do I have to pay anything up front? No. You receive stationery when you sign the contract straight away which costs £15, but this is deducted from your earnings (£7.50 from each of your first 2 campaigns). You then pay for your stationery when you need it, but this is very cheap and comes out of your commission for example 50 paper bags costs as little as 42p and order form are FREE. How do I run my account? If you are reading this you obviously have Internet Access which is the quickest and easiest way of running your AVON business. You receive login details for the official AVON website where you can place your orders, check your balance, make payments, ask questions and much more. What is a Campaign? In AVON terms, each campaign is a period of 3 weeks where you promote the current brochure. There are 18 campaigns (brochures) per year and we are currently about to start campaign 5. How am I paid? Once you receive the money from your customers, you then pay AVON what you owe them - what's left over is your profit but this is worked out for you on your invoice which will arrive with every delivery. What if a customer doesn't pay me? You can return products free of charge anytime via courier You are never expected to pay for anything you have not received the money for. This also applies if a customer is not happy with a product (even if they have used it ). NEVER GIVE GOODS TO A CUSTOMER WHO HAS NOT YET PAID YOU. Are there any bonuses? Loads! AVON runs a scheme called President's Club which you become a member of when your sales reach £6300 within a year (this is very do-able! I made it into President’s Club in Campaign 18 last year and I only started doing Avon in Campaign 12) You receive discounts, freebies and a special Gala dinner. There are also higher levels of achievement within the club which in turn gives you more - you receive more special offers, free products, and cheaper stationery. If you are in the Top 50 Reps in the country within a year, you also receive an all expenses paid mega holiday! What if I need help? Your, Sales Leader, will always be on hand to give you any advice or answer any queries, via email, face to face, or telephone. Nothing is too small! What is it really like? Fun! The customers love AVON, and are really friendly. You meet lots of new people, and get to try new products before the rest of the world!
