Design electronics for a project, including PCB, schematic, connections, motor spec, gears, drive, et al

NDA required before work begins. Need a DC motor to move a 5 pound object up and down over a distance of 20 feet upto 100feet. Need DC motor spec Need PCB prototype and schematic, including resistors, transformers, etc. DC motor will move object by the most cost effective method (rail, wire rope, belt, gear) Plug into AC wall outlet which will drive motor and/or trickle charge the battery. Five pound object will be actuated using a motion sensor with 30-foot range Limit switches at each end to stop and reverse 5 pound object. Need design for water proof enclosure for PCB and motor Need design for housing and to hold assembly up off the ground (Tubing/pipe?) Need bill of materials for all components and suppliers of those components.
