Hi! I have read your requirements and I think we can go along for a long term relationship due to the following reasons. I am working as an electrical engineer with a UPS company for nearly two years and designing battery bank solutions along with estimating backup times and preparing BOQs for installation are everyday activity for me. I totally understand the chemistry of battery types like VRLA, LiPo etc to design a solution and estimate the amount of backup time for load. Regarding your query, the backup time calculation also depends on the battery cut-off voltage and the diversity factor (percentage of load running at a time). To get an estimate, the battery bank as described will provide back-up of approximately 3.5 hours for full 64kW running load if cut-off is set at 10.5V per battery. Hi- first we need DC to AC efficiency, but let’s consider 0.95. The needed battery power is :64000/0.95=67368.42 W. 4x battery banks wired in series with 32x batteries in each battery bank with 12v 210AH batteries for a 64kw load , seems to much !!!!! If we take the voltage of each battery bank, nominal voltage will be :12*32=384 Vdc, in series means we have 384*4=1536Vdc!!!!!!! Maybe you mean parallel configuration. In this case we have : 67368.42/4= 16 842.10 w/ string of 32. So we have 526.315 W/ block. All we need is only to know the battery reference or brand to see the table of constant power discharge with end of discharge voltage to find the run time.
