I am 7 years experience in Designing electrical works Governmental / Residential buildings, Commercial , industrial buildings, Public utilities or Streets.
My duties as electrical estimator were:
1- Analyze blueprints, construction drawings and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
2- Count and collect statistical data of an on-screen Takeoff of the electrical equipments in the work site, wires, conduits length needed, J boxes, lighting fixtures, power receptacles...etc
3- Estimate the labor cost, material costs, cost breakdown, cost control, budget takeoff to prepare BOM for tender documentation.
4- Prepare accurate cost estimates and sales submissions.
5- Monitor and check out the estimates with actual cost data.
6- Compile tender request material sheets and send to suppliers / subcontractors.
7- And any other required work in order to accomplish the work as perfect as it should be.
8- You will gain an accurate time scheduling, on-time delivery and the ability to understand the requirements and modifications of the project in order to be reached the possible peak of completeness and satisfaction.
