Ion craft (Ionocraft) Power Supply (Light weight +- 50 grams)

I would like to create a ion craft, but need VERY LIGHT WEIGHT power unit that delivers a CONSTANT output voltage of +20Kv and -20Kv DC @500KHz to 800KHz with NO LOAD.

This needs to create ion wind to propel an ion craft.

The focus here is LOW weight (weighting +- 50 grams with some flexibility), LOW voltage input to high voltage output + and - 20KV and CONSTANT operation.

I need a circuit and Diagram with all parts, and a video proving the operation, clearly showing the output voltage. The circuits must conform to the approximate dimensions of 80*20*20mm (l * w * h) (with some flexibility).

Input voltage between 0V and 10V DC, 0 - 2 Ampere (with some flexibility), constant output voltage +20Kv and -20Kv DC @500KHz to 800KHz with NO LOAD. Total potential difference must exceed 40kv.(with some flexibility)

Current draw between 0 - 2 Ampere.
