Part Time Embedded Engineer to design and review Hardware circuits

I am looking for team having experience in electronics hardware design who can design , improve or analyze the hardware circuits using Microchip/STM/ESP32 for some IOT , GSM, RFID systems. I feel i will need around 10-20 hours of regular work on weekly basis. I already have few projects developed and I need the persons for new projects as well as improvement and review for old projects I want experienced part time developer to work on some projects on regular basis. I plan to use the team for more than 2 years if I am satisfied with quality of work , response and commitment to work. I will need around 15-20 hours weekly and request the bidder to quote for 20 hours period ( per week basis ). Will later extend to monthly or quarterly period.
