We are developing a PoE powered device which should be connected between PoE switch and IP camera. I'm looking for an electronic engineer that can show me a device PoE splitter/extender/injector or some other device that could supply our device (please see in attached scheme ''MOUNTED DEVICE'') with 5V or 3.3V (approx. 2-3 Watts) and pass-through data and PoE to the IP camera. Our device will be connected via WiFi. The device that will split power and power and data should be small in size and cheap. Thank you.

The complexity of the splitter greatly depends upon your PoE system. If the PoE is "Type 1" or "Alternative 1", then the power is delivered via data connectors and it will be a little tricky to split the power. The "Alternative 2" PoE is quite simple because it uses the Voltage connectors in Ethernet for this purpose. I can make and test a PoE splitter on my end and share the schematic with you.
