unequal load distribution in my three phase current supply causes problems, so i want to balance the pulled current by evenly distributing the load in the in-going phases (380V). can you ie convert the AC-current to DC and build a box that pulls the same load on all three phases and distributes reconverted to AC-current to the phases as needed? pic attached
