Hello, I study electronics at Politecnico di Torino and I can help you with the electronic parts of your project depending on the complexity of it. From the drawing you have putted a coil and couple of caps. to the feed of the dc feed of the opamp(a tank circuit which behaves like oscilator) and there is nothing in the output so I did not understand the drawing that well but with that huge coil there you can make really big magnetic pulses at low frequencies and with that metallic stuff you can cool off your high current driving transistor so thats all I can say.
