Hello, I am a smart metering and DLMS/COSEM expert. I have worked on various application for smart meter reading like web based HES, Android application for meter reading, Windows based application for meter reading , CMRI hardware for meter reading, BCS software etc. Have also worked on Prepayment system for smart meter. Recently, worked for a company that built AMR hardware GPRS based device for non smart meter which uses DLMS library to read meter instant parameters periodically every 30 minutes and also once for billing each month.
