2. EXPERIENCE and RESPONSIBILITY:
2.2 From 2008 to 2009, have worked in Vietsopetrol port, fabrication and installation for RC5 topside structural steel-DRAGON OIL FIELD project (owner was Vietsopetrol), main job was done as follows: Supervisor to execute the work, based on assembly drawing to draw the detail of structural steel by Autocad (shop drawing) after sent to worker based on it to fabricate, this project aplied AWS (American Welding Society-Structural Welding Code-Steel) and API (American Petroleum Institute) standard.
2.3 From 2007 to 2008, fabrication and installation in Dong Nai-NhonTrach 1 thermal power project, Viet Nam, combined cycle power plant (CCPP), two turbine Gas, two heat recovery boilers, one steam tuabine (2-2-1), 500MW capacity, main contractor is ALSTOM group, I have worked with QA/QC position, main job was done as follows :
2.3.1 Based on ITP, procedure, shop drawing, assembly drawing to inspect and make reports of two the heat recovery steam generator (HRSG, presure piping) unit 11, unit 12, inspection items follow up procedure of ALSTOM:
(a) Material inspection (heat number).
(b) Tensile and bending inspection: inspection about wall thickness reduction at any section of the bended pipe portion.
(c) Based on the fabrication drawings and weldmap to mark and cut the pipe (cutting plan inspection).
(d) Checked gap before welding, aligment of sections at edges (Fit-up inspection).
(e) Inspected the dimension cutting and installation process (Dimensional inspection).
(f) Weld visual inspection, defect types: crack, lack of weld thickness, undercut, overlap, porosity, roughness of reinforcement, lack of fusion in fillet weld, contamination.
(g) Weld inspection by radiation method (Radiographic testing, RT).
(h) Weld inspection by Penetration method (Penetration testing, PT).
(i) Heat treatment after welding (Post weld heat treatment, PWHT),
(j) Welding Hardness inspection.
(k) Hydrostatic testing for stages: low pressure, intermediate pressure, high pressure. Above items, report, document, WPS, PQR, WPR applied ASME standard (American Society of Machanical Engineer), such as: ASME 31.1 (POWER PIPING), ASME I (RULES FOR CONTRUCTION OF BOILER), ASME IX (WELDING AND BRAZING QUALIFICATIONS), ASME V (NONDESTRUCTIVE EXAMINATION)… Final, has to inspect and certify by A.I (Authorized Inspector) by S stamp.
2.3.2 Installation and inspection for casing, inlet duct, outlet duct steel structure, exhaust stack of HRSG.
2.2.3 Fabrication, installation, operation, hydrostatic testing and make reports of HRSG external piping, turbine house internal piping line systems, checked piping lines based on ITP, P&ID diagram and Isometric drawing such as: main steam (LBA), feed water pump (LAC), main condensate (LC), clean drain (LCM), seal water (LCW), dosing (LFN), sampling (QUL), air removal (MAJ), fuel gas preheating (EKT), service air distribution (QEM), instrument air distribution (QFA) and other auxiliary piping lines.
2.4 From 2006 to 2007, fabrication and installation for thermal power plant project-O Mon, Can Tho, Vietnam with the capacity of 300MW,both main contractor and client is MITSUBISHI group, with in QA/QC position main job of QA/QC was done, as follows: based on ITP (inspection and test plan), procedure, shop drawing, assembly drawing to inspect and made reports of structural steel categories (pipe rack) on system to inspect with Mitsubishi. Fabrication and assembly, operation, hydrostatic testing of pipe lines after installation.
