Freelancer Script

please see the attached file for the features that i want have in the freelancer script. also keep in mind i want the all the billing side of this freelancer to be automatically and the script must be commercial license. the script will be installed in my server, also i will need a new look to website. the script also must be edited so that other things can be integrated into the scripts of the freelancer script. also you will be asked to modify somethings in the scripts. ## Deliverables 1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform php5, MySQL, apache, linux and etc..
