I need a physicist/ optical engeeneer with experience in laser/ diode laser and applied optics (preferably phd). Understands the physics behind everything as well. Needs to have experience in the field. The only tool i want you to use is matlab. Will talk to you about the things I need and see first you are in the right track before we begin.
