Boston Room Rentals is a real estate tech startup based out of Boston, MA. We are growing quickly, and we are looking for support in the following areas: I am looking to pay $20-30 PER DAY or $600 PER MONTH. This is a recurring job. I will need someone to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. The hours will be about 30-40 hours per week. Customer Service: - Responding to messages from our various social media and messaging channels - Following up with clients - Updating Profiles - Client Pre-qualification Administrative: - Inputting Client information into Database - Inputting Property Information into Database - Grouping Apartment Options together for clients - Various One-Off Tasks Marketing: - Writing Marketing Descriptions of Properties - Organizing Pictures - Posting Advertisements on Our Sites Requirements: - Must be Available 24/7 on Call - this is a job where our clients require instant response + ASAP resolution - Must speak and write English fluently - Must Follow Directions Exactly - Must be Proactive about Asking for Directions
