Telemarketing - Radio Station Airplay

I need a telemarketer to help with some promotional work for my new album NO SALES I have a list of around 100 Jazz radio stations in the United States. (shared google sheet) I need someone to call/contact each person on the list and ask if they would like a promotional copy of our album so that they may consider it for airplay on their station. The list is raw and unqualified, some contacts may be prefer email contact only - you'll need to do your best to connect in whatever format ensures the fastest response. (the notes may offer some information about preferred method of contact) I will provide a description of the album for you to provide to the contact. Keep the shared google sheet updated with current contact status with the prospect. If the person agrees to receive the recording, please do the following: 1. Confirm the format they wish to receive: digital (.wav or .mp3 available) or Compact Disk 2. Confirm/Get the address (email or mailing) for the album Send email to me with the required information and I will send out the recording in the preferred format. I will reply back to you when the recording has been sent. After receiving the return confirmation from me, follow up with the radio station in 7-10 days (no sooner than 7 days and no later than 10) to confirm receipt and find out if the person has had the chance to listen. If not, then ask when would be a good time to follow up and then do so… when yes, then ask: 1. If the person is planning play it on the radio and/or offer feedback if they aren't. If the person says that they are going to play it on the radio then please ask a follow up question: Would they like the "artist", Bob, to offer any additional promotional assistance in the form of "bumpers or promos" or perhaps do a live on-air or taped interview for the station. (If they say "no" - it's fine - there is no need to push or try to convince) If yes...then say that the artist Bob will reach out directly to work out the details of the promotion. For the folks who respond no to airplay - ask politely for feedback as to the reason why they won't play the album. Be polite - don't try to argue or convince - just listen to their feedback and thank them for their time. Email me with the results of this conversation (yes/no on airplay and any other feedback info…) and update the shared google sheet. Project will be considered complete when one of the following has occurred for each contact: 1. prospect says "Yes to radio airplay" (ideal outcome) 2. prospect says "Yes to music received but no to radio airplay" 3. prospect does not want music 4. No Connect after 5 separate tries on multiple days (phone & email) 5. Special exception as specifically discussed and agreed to by me on a contact by contact basis
