Tokyo event research

We’re looking for a Japanese speaker to do a few hours of events coordination and outreach as soon as possible. Specifically, we need a Japanese speaker to reach out to the administrators of a series of major public sites in Tokyo. We are looking for an iconic, vibrant, high foot traffic outdoor site to host an event for three weeks. We would like to know: - the availability of the site from June 12 - September 30 - the price per day. We’ll pay $50 per hour for four to six hours of work. We’ll pass on the names, phone number and website of a series of sites we have already identified – you need to contact each site and collect the above information. Where possible, please identify and contact additional sites you recommend.
