Accounting

Responsibilities: • Full cycle Accounts Payable for multiple client groups including coding invoices, scanning invoices into electronic invoice system for approval, issuing checks, & forwarding checks to clients for signature • Unclaimed property due diligence & reporting for multiple client groups in multiple states • Work with MAS200, doclink, and Excel • Remit electronic payments through various bank & vendor websites. • Annual 1099 reporting for multiple client groups • Maintain acceptable levels of attendance and punctuality as specified in company and departmental policies. • Compliance with Intermedix policies • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • 1-5 years of Accounting Experience – A/P focus strongly preferred • B.S. in Accounting preferred • Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards Skills/ Knowledge Requirements: • MS Office skills required/Excel skills are a must • Experience in Healthcare industry helpful • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines is critical • Excellent communication skills • Able to manage multiple concurrent tasks. • Flexible to handle unexpected daily challenges. • Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
