The Accounts Payable Clerk (remote) for the Southern California operation will manage a variety of A/P, Administrative, Bookkeeping, Scheduling, and General Exec team support functions. Responsibilities: · Enter and upload invoices into system · Contact suppliers · Executive Admin functions · General Bookkeeping · Provide general support to the team for a variety of tasks. Admin, Invoicing, A/R, A/P, Office support, & order entry Required Skills: · Knowledge of accounts payable · 1-2 years experience in assisting executive management. · Accounting and Bookkeeping experience. · Advanced Excel, Outlook and Word ability a MUST. · Exceptional organizational skills. · Excellent phone skills/Customer Service. · Friendly, good attitude, willing to learn our processes and multi-task. · Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This will need someone who can also offer quick solutions, constantly learn, follow instructions and provide value. My background allows me to achieve this. I have 2 years of experience in the customer services field. My qualifications will back this up too since I have an MSc in Finance and Management from UK. Hello ! I just read your posting and it jumped out at me. I'm a certified accountant with more than 10 years of professional experience. I have vast knowledge in accounting analysis, bookkeeping, finance/cost management, accounts, reconciliations, preparation of financial statements, contract review, tax matters, audits, project management, bank compromises, budgeting, stock, payroll, also experience with QuickBooks and Zoho and very good skills with Microsoft office as this is part of my daily job. I'm Argentinian so my native language is Spanish but also have advanced and fluent level or English (I work for IBM US and English is the language I speak, write and listen every day when working). Could you please let me know how many hours per week you would need me so I can perfectly accommodate my calendar to deliver this work in the due course? I can promise you I'll be super proactive, dedicated and open to communication.
