CRM Contact Skills Analysis & Data Entry

Capio Group is a California-based IT Consulting firm that specializes in delivering solutions to local and state government organizations. We have recently introduced a new internal CRM system which is our primary contact management system. We’d like to optimize the value of the system by assigning skill tags for each non-client contact, or “candidate”. By performing candidate tagging, Capio Group will be able to quickly find people that will help with our client delivery efforts. Scope of Work: We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist that can work remotely and independently with sufficient IT knowledge to identify and document specific skills from candidate resumes. • Populate the following spreadsheet fields based on the candidates resume o First Name, Last Name o Phone Number and Email o Candidate Skills • About Candidate Skills o Add both IT and non-IT skills referenced in the resume to the spreadsheet o Add any additional skill tags that are not already listed as columns in the spreadsheet • Conduct extensive peer reviews of the finished contacts before assignment submission Role Requirements: • Availability to work remotely and independently with minimal supervision. • Sufficient English reading level to understand the resume provided. • Possesses IT related knowledge to distinguish contact skills that need to be tagged. • Availability to communicate with Capio Management on a timely and responsible manner if any questions or changes need to be advised.
