Data entry for history research project (to be finished by 15 January)

For an academic research project (by researchers of University of Southern Denmark and Vienna University of Economics and Business) roughly 165,000 numbers and about 2100 names of parishes in Denmark have to copied from a legible historical publication scanned in PDF into a predefined excel sheet (which contains column headings in Danish already typed in and a sample example of the row headings, which involve partially transposing rows into columns). The numbers are mostly integer numbers, although some fractions (1/4=0,25) occur, and large parts of the ca. 165,000 cells to be filled with numbers are actually empty. In the template (see attachment) the first numbers have already been typed in to show how to do this. Please note that there are two specific characters (æ/Æ and ö/Ö, which are needed, but can be used by typing in any non-typical character from your keyboard and later search and replace those). The other attached file contains a part of the data to be processed. The full files will be sent via dropbox. The data will be used to calculate indices of land inequality, so accuracy of entry is important. I am the main researcher on the project at Vienna University of Economics and Business. A formal invoice is needed at the end.
