Download Images from URLs, RENAME and place in zip file

Please have EXPERIENCE and RATINGS. If you know of a simple, easier way to do this- WE ARE LISTENING. This project needs to work in EXCEL- or EXCEL be the point of access. Prefer EXCEL be the SOLE cog in this wheel. If the EXCEL file needs to work in tandem with another program, that might be acceptable but the only data we should need to input is in the EXCEL FILE and everything is ready to work. If we need to enter a link to our computer file OR do something with google we understand, but using third-party services ARE NOT PREFERRED as it could make the program not work someday, they could go out of business someday or suddenly decide to charge ridiculous fees for their service) edit: You will provide us the excel file or means to do this- we are not looking for someone to do it for us and send a zip file back. Here is summary of what needs to happen, as we see it: 1. Place list of image urls in excel column 2. download of all images from those urls 3. each image(from url) converted to jpeg (example - what happens when a .png is downloaded?) 4. each image must also conform to *SIZE REQUIREMENTS below 5. each image renamed per new name entered in another column 6. export all newly named images to file designated by name *SIZE REQUIREMENTS A. Images need to retain size (not be smaller). B. Images should also be resized if necessary as individual images CANNOT exceed the following measurements (all 3 conditions must be met): 2 MB in maximum size. More than 2000 pixels in width or height. 2 million pixels total (width times height). We know just enough about what we need to be dangerous- hopefully this is possible. Perhaps the 2MB in maximum size is not able to be met during transfer... if this is the case, perhaps the excel will return a notice of size exceeded in another column with an indicator at the top of which rows have issues (or an easy way to find them).
