Fixing Excels documents formats

--- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ---
I have two Excel documents, both are identical in terms of information, however the first document has been amended and many fields have been removed (This one is the master version). The second document has the same information and it is where all the work must be done.
What i need you to do is:
1- Match the SECOND document to the FIRST version and that means, you will need to cross check both documents and make sure whatever info that doesn't exist in the FIRST document to be removed from the second version.
To simplify this: First documents has 2093 row, the second document has 2986. You will need to keep the similar fields that shows in both documents and delete the rest from the second.
2- In the second document you will need to merge the description columns into one column. Basically column C/D/E/F/G/H/I all in one column.
3- In the second document, the products descriptors has been formatted in ABC123. What i need is to reformat it in 123ABC
