Hi, I 'm looking for a German-speaking VA to assist with various networking tasks (i.e. adding contact details to CRM, planning meetings with clients, answering certain mails, help me create and prioritize follow up tasks, web research, etc). You need to be able to read German and write German without any spelling errors. You need to be able to start on small tasks within 2 hours, during Berlin working hours (10am-17pm Berlin time). On top of your hourly rate, you will be paid a fixed amount per week to be on standby. You can, of course, do other jobs too, as long as this doesn't block you from responding within 2 hours. The workload is estimated to be about 4-8 hours in the beginning but growing over time (you'll be supporting multiple people). Good knowledge of online tools is a big plus. I'm looking for a sharp rate, but your skills are an important factor too. I've been assistant to the CEO for 3 years after being a business analyst at a major consulting firm. I would like to do this project, because I want to have an online job and live in Vietnam with my girlfriend. The working times would not be a problem, i am flexible, and the next months, I would be in Germany (I grew up near Augsburg) anyway. Of course I am looking for a longterm job and really appreciate the German precision; especially after traveling a few countries outside of Europe. In the past I worked as plumber/heating engineer, but of course at school and in my freetime i learned how to use a computer. I also use it for Photoshop and Photoshop Lightroom, and also for Cubase, an DAW (Digital Audio Workstation). It is probably not that interesting for your offer, but it shows you, that I am fine with PC´s and things that I don´t know yet, will be learned quickly! 20 to 40 weeks would be good, but if it needs more, then sometimes more is fine as well. I don´t really have normal working times anymore, but Berlin time 10 am to 5pm is easy to manage. Here are 5-6 hours time difference. Maybe 50 per week would be nice!
