As ur skill requirements ,you want a person who can knows c programming as well as excel expert. As i done my engineering so i know c very well along with excel expertise , i m working in a company wher m donig all documentation work in excel only...and more other work, also i having more expertise to make new standad format for company so that you can extract you required data easily.
