help with spreadsheet formula for a database lookup form

Requirements: 1. I need to the "database lookup" sheet to find and show the selected data from the "raw data" sheet using two criteria. 2. The "database lookup" sheet has two list menus to select the criteria. Criteria 1 (8 options) Criteria 2 (2 options) 3. All the relevant entries should be displayed in the database lookup sheet. There could be between 3 to 60 entries Title Definition Comment (Unbalanced or balanced depending on selected criteria) Title Definition Comment (Unbalanced or balanced depending on selected criteria) Title Definition Comment (Unbalanced or balanced depending on selected criteria) Title Definition Comment (Unbalanced or balanced depending on selected criteria) Etc.......... Please look at database lookup sheet to get a clearer idea Example: criteria 1 (heaven) criteria 2 (unbalanced) provoking stimulate or give rise to (a reaction or emotion, typically a strong or unwelcome one) in someone Why is it being provoked? 4. Additional rule: the list should always contain "Neutral" criteria from the "status" column relevant to criteria 1 regardless of criteria 2 please ask questions if this is not clear
