I have a marketplace based business. If you are not familiar with this, freelancer.com is a marketplace. Mine is tutoring service. I have 550+ clients but barely any tutors to provide the service so "dollars are hanging" and I need "help grabbing." This person will use my, or own ziprecruiter to collect resumes, and hire qualified tutors, create them an account on the back-end of my website, have them do paperwork, monitor performances based on client reviews, and help with Bookkeeping/Accounting. This person is going to help make decisions so I need someone that is strong in the field. Ideally a person from India, or other middle eastern with excellent english writing and speaking, and a accent not too strong to understand. I will share profits with you. I can give you my dollars in sales I have on a hold until I get enough tutors to show you the kind of money I can pay sharing profits. Below I am putting what is the max for my budget until sales start from your hiring of the right people. You will be hiring a department of Sales, Internet Marketers with different specialties, an Administrative/Executive Assistant and the like after we have the minimal tutors on board. In that time, you will continue hiring tutors as well. If I choose you, then you will be basically the Director of my Company. Any one who can do multiple facets in the running/managing of my business, marketing types, growth production, bringing on new ideas, managing the finances etc while signing a contract agreeing that the all ideas, new hires etc are my company thus not leave when you leave. Pay is for the short period of the first step. This in Long term so pay will be regular and increase as you do well. I can make different projects or keep adding milestones on here for long time engagement.
