Greetings, If acrobat pro can't do it, not many softwares can as most use similar engines. What can be done here is convert the images to plain text by ocr (acrobat pro or any other), and then put it into excel by copying the plain text. Hello I read the description, and found that the files are non convertible via acorbat pro, you need to use adobe fine reader to convert them. Hello Sir, OCR - Scanning is never appreciated thing of large volume as it only increase the workload instead of helping out. You can convert Image to text but if it's large volume you might need to verify every word that it is converted correctly or not. I have experienced same thing so many times and ended up spending extra time on it. Only Best way is to type it in the Excel. And process can be speed up on two screens computer where looking at one, updates in other. I have been performing such tasks in more proficient way because i have good typing speed and accuracy on my keyboard and dual screen to decrease my tabbing time on system. Let's discuss it more, so i can tell you the time frame to complete this task. More you take time on this, more less time for "Need quick" thing.

The best way to copy the information on to the excel sheet is to make it manually , there is no other way .
