Hello, The quickest and safest way to make sure you don't copy the same data again is to pun a new column (could be hidden if you don't want other people to see it) and put a flag (Y for examples) to tell the macro that the row was already copied. Hi, You can either count the number of rows with data in in a given column if you know that any row will always have some data in that column or you can find the last cell in the spreadsheet with data in it and take it that is the last row. The first option is easier. Let me know if you need help to code this.
