I need a smartsheet built in order to monitor all the jobs and their current status. Each stage has a team member allocated to it and using the email notification facility of the smartsheet I would like the team member to be notified when their task is ready to start and when their task is due, then overdue. I required the smartsheet that can automatically prompt the allocated team member to carry out their job within the dates allocated for each task. The smartsheet should also give an overall status for each job as well as status for each task. Please see the image attached for a better understanding.

Hello, I can write a macro, that alerts the users when the task is to start, and when overdue. Please share the e-mail messages to sent the users. I believe you will not want a message for each task sent to the team members. I can write the macro to send all tasks assigned to that user in an Excel file as attachment colored (Overdue: Red, Started: Green etc) Please just provide more details.
