NEED TO VERIFY APPROXIMATELY 39M EMAIL ADDRESSES AND THEN SEND EMAIL TO VERIFIED EMAIL ADDRESSES

• You will run email verifier software on ~39Million email addresses (I suspect 98% of the email addresses will be invalid). I will provide the ~39Million email addresses. You will provide the email verifier software. Some of the input files are MSExcel workbooks which – in turn – have many spreadsheets. You need to find a way to use these workbooks. • You and I will design/create an outgoing email that will be sent to ~39Million email addresses. (See my initial draft in the attachment: LHG outgoing email. Jpg) You will then use some of the ”verified” email addresses to do a pilot test. You should have the ability to customize the outgoing emails using the first name of the recipient. You should have the ability to make the statement “To unsubscribe, click here” clickable and keep track of the unsubscribes. • After sending out the emails, you will send to me the non-bouncing email addresses and their meta-data (e.g., first name, last name, company name, etc.) After the email is sent to the email addresses and those email addresses that bounced are removed, please combine the spreadsheets which have part 1, part 2, etc. into one spreadsheet. You will return to me a set of all the email addresses (with their meta-data) without the email addresses that bounced. • Please keep track of the unsubscribed email addresses for emailings. You will return to me the set of email addresses that un-subscribed. • You should speak English well and remember, you must successfully achieve all the tasks in this RFP to be paid; you will not be paid for best effort. The lowest bidder who can successfully perform the job will be awarded the gig. The price and requirements are non-negotiable. If you do excellent work, I will give you an excellent review and there may be more work ahead for you.
