MS Office theme changes

We have a corporate identity per attached guide. We require Microsoft Office templates that embody the identity through use of styles and themes so that all a user of the template needs to do is select styles and type to create documents. The template needs to incorporate things like spacing (so users don't have to type additional blank lines, tabs, etc.) to ensure consistent presentation and usage. The set of templates required are: Word (letterhead, procedure, work instruction, proposal, checklist) PowerPoint (letterbox format, master slide layout plus specific child formats) Excel (just a theme) Project (default template exhibiting standard fonts and colours) Our current default Word template is also attached and exhibits some bad traits: - poor spacing in the body; - Vertical bar next to text is confusing when using revisions; - Multiple heading 1 styles - Embedded text (eg: Copyright header) is tagged with heading 1 but has been modified - Paragraph spacing isn't right (some users are incorrectly putting in additional blank lines to get better spacing, others are not) - TOC doesn't use the full page width and looks terrible with longer headings - Document theme is not properly implemented and tables (for example) look terrible and are inconsistent with the corporate image. I'm sure the freelancer who picks this project up will find multiple other issues with our existing template. From the brief: "The set of templates required are: Word (letterhead, procedure, work instruction, proposal, checklist) PowerPoint (letterbox format, master slide layout plus specific child formats) Excel (just a theme) Project (default template exhibiting standard fonts and colours)" 5 Word templates (that I believe should be based on a common style template - I should have included that in the original brief), 1 PowerPoint master including styling for all derivative layouts, an Office theme supporting Excel (for example, here I'd expect charts to be picking up our corporate colours), 1 Project template that reflects our corporate image.
