Looking for a part time bookkeeper to help me with my own rentals and develop a property management company.
Need someone to:
1. Scan and Enter receipts
2. Generate Tenant Statements
3. Generate Owner Statements
4. Balance bank and credit card accounts and reconcile each month
Probably 10 hours or less a month to start. As business grows so will position.
I currently have 4 rentals I need help with.
Some catch up work, and looking some transactions in Quickbooks tagged as "Ask My Accountant".
Using Quickbooks Premier Edition 2016 for Desktop.
