Simple Excel Database with GUI

We are a small team of engineer freelancers that we need a simple database for our projects and client information. Currently we just use an Excel file for some of these but we need something more complete and easier to use. So we thought transform or recreate our Excel file adding some more data tables and having a GUI. Here are the details: • First of all, we need 3 data tables (or more of course): 1. Income/projects, 2. Outcome, 3. Client Info. It would be much better if we could have these tables in one Excel file in different sheets. • I need an import button and an import form. Something simple, like that: [login to view URL] . In the “new record/project” form we need to enter the Income sheet information and the Client information. I want also the ability to “connect” the new project with an existing client. So probably a drop-down list or a search cell so we can find him. • The Project ID and the client ID should be created automatically • In the “dashboard” we need the following information to be shown: o The “add new project” button o Current month income, and outcome and Balance (for all and for every employee/coworker) o A table with the project’s that have not been finished or I haven’t get paid yet (for all and for every employee/coworker) o A table with every month income, outcome and Balance (somewhere in the bottom) (for all and for every employee/coworker). o Any outcomes that we have not paid yet. o A search button for projects, or clients would be useful, if we can have one. The other thing is that we are 3 coworkers and one employee, so each of us has his database but it would be nice if I could get their data into my database, which is the easiest way to do it? Just have a VLOOK to one other file? I don’t want to limit you. If you understand what I need you can form it in the best way to be easy for you and me. I have uploaded the current data file (I have deleted the entries). Of course we can change it. I am a good MS Office Excel user but I luck of development and MySquel skills, so I can help somehow during the process. ***The database GUI has to be in Greek, if you build it in Greek, I can translate it by myself but I will need your help in case something doesn't work because of the language change.***
