Very Simple Excel Stats Problem

Hello. I have a very simple spreadsheet with four questions and roughly 25 respondents. Unfortunately, the first question is on a 1-5 scale and all others are an a 1-4 scale. I would like the scores for the first scale to be normalized (I think that is the right term) with all other scales. In other words, if the average for questions 2-4 is 3.5, then I would like to know what the equivalent value for question 1 would be if the result was, say, 3.2, but it is on a 1-5 scale. When I run the STANDARDIZE function, the number I get for question one doesn't make sense to me. It comes out to 1.6, but there isn't a simple question with a mean of 1.6. So, not only do I not know how to interpret that result, I don't know how to present the mean for question 1 in a way that is comparable to the means for the other questions. I'm guessing I'm using the wrong function. For someone who knows statistics and Excel, this is an extremely quick way to make a few dollars. Please make reasonably low bids because I understand how simple a task this is for the right person. I would like the score and a brief explanation of what I did wrong and what you did correctly. There where three small groups on dates March 15, March 19, and March 16. You will see scores for those dates in the spreadsheet. Thank you.
