Job Description A financial management team is currently seeking for a full charge bookkeeper. In this important role, you will compute, classify and record numerical data to keep financial records complete. This will include calculating and processing checks as well as reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness. The Bookkeeper will use their skills in general accounting and finance, along with accounting software to record, store and analyze information. Job Responsibilities - Bookkeeper You will classify, record and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records. There will also be additional administrative assistant duties associated with this position. Additional responsibilities for the Bookkeeper include: Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Accounting summaries & transaction reports Payroll posting Bank statement reconciliations Brokerage account reconciliations Credit Card Reconciliations Month-end processing Assist Account Managers and CPA’s per request Update manual for each client project Organize files (per established procedures and filing systems) Job Requirements As a Bookkeeper, you must have a basic mathematical aptitude. You must also be highly organized and communicative, as others will rely on the accuracy of your information to make key decisions. We are also seeking someone with a diverse software background in software. Additional requirements of the Bookkeeper include: Proficient in Excel Great computer skills Detail oriented and accurate Must be able to perform accurate data entry from source documents Must be able to understand and reconcile brokerage accounts Excellent communication skills and work habits Strong organizational skills Self-motivated, trustworthy and dependable Must be able to pass a background check Must work in collaboration with the team

Responsible for maintenance of books of Accounts, Preparation of final Accounts, preparation of periodic expenditure.  Preparation of staff salaries and detail of daily routine and miscellaneous site expenditure.  Responsible for keeping the grant files updated with budgets, grant contracts and agreements.  Conduct internal audits of the sub grantees / sub recipients regularly, to ensure that all financial procedures are carried out in line.  Assist in making payments to all vendors, suppliers, services provider etc.  To keep, update and reconcile the expatriate’s receivable accounts including their local pays, housing allowance and other associated costs.
