You can do this by either using a combination of email verification software and then sending an email out to the remaining email addresses OR just sending an email out to the 39Million email addresses. You will provide the email verifier software and the infrastructure to email. You should have the ability to customize the outgoing emails in the subject line using the first name of the recipient. You should have the ability to enter at the bottom of the outgoing email: “To unsubscribe, click here” (and is clickable) and “This email is for commercial purposes, including promotion of services/products.” We will be emailing to the email addresses of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), and Sales Executives. You will be provided 50 versions of each recipient’s email address. a) For CMO and Sales Execs, please save the version of the email addresses that were successfully sent - even if some of the recipients have multiple working versions of their email address.
