Hi, I know how to send quotations/orders/info to customers via Microsoft Excel and to send them by Microsoft Outlook. I did some similar projects in the past. the process is done by three main databases: a client list, a product catalog (with pictures), a primary database with the quotations/orders and it's status (quotation, order, delivered, invoiced, paid, etc.). Excel enables to update these lists manually (in user form) or from another system (like SAP, QB, Sage). Excel issues status reports regarding the quotations/orders. Over that, there is a search engine with high search capability and during the process, Excel validates the information and prepares reports and export files based on parameters and criteria. There is a report generator which enables to develop templates independently. The file is secured with usernames and passwords.
