Filemaker Pro Based Software License Activation Issue

Hi,
I am a pro photographer and own software called FotoBiz and the maker of the software is unable to solve an issue I have on my 2010 MacPro running High Sierra. It is a software activation issue, They say I am the only person to ever have such an issue and that I need to have a clean install to fix it. I find it ridiculous that they cannot fix my issue w/o doing a clean install. They say something on my system is preventing it from working but I have thousands of dollars of software installed over 20 years and have never has such an issue on any other software. This company has a 'developer' that cannot be contacted directly and their technical support person does not have the requisite skills to solve this issue, The originator of the software, Cradoc Bagshaw, did suggest a workaround by which I re-installed the software on another user A/C and this did partially work, however a module on the software will not activate (fotoQuote) and there is a 'quirk' requiring a 're-activation' button press each time the software starts up, and I'd like to check with a world class expert that what they are saying is true or whether in fact this can be fixed. Perhaps the issue lies in a corrupted or installation issue with Filemaker Pro issue, or there is something on my MacPro that is preventing this software from properly activating. I think I need a Apple Software expert combined with a Filemaker Pro expert to try and fix this issue. I'd like to hear form those individuals that feel like this is something they culd troubleshoot and solve. It seems that this will require an extremely experienced programmer/software expert to sort this out.
