Help Raising Capital for a Holdings Company and its projects

We are seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to assist us in raising capital for our business start-up ventures. As a freelancer, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing funding for the following projects: Grannit Holdings, The Workhouse, Moving Deck, EventGate, Zephyr, Sollarmint, Indigo Dawn, and Pricex. The total funding required for these projects is £3,043,014.78. Responsibilities: Develop and implement fundraising strategies for each project. Identify and approach potential investors. Prepare and submit funding proposals to investors. Negotiate funding terms and agreements. Ensure timely receipt of funding for each project. Requirements: Proven experience in fundraising and capital raising for start-up ventures. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Excellent analytical and financial skills. Ability to work independently and meet fundraising targets. Knowledge of the start-up ecosystem is an advantage. Compensation: The freelancer will be paid a fee of £100,000 on completion of successful funding for all the projects mentioned above. The fee will be payable on receipt of funding for each project.
