Build me an app

I want an app that allows people to get paid for playing games. An app which is integrated with other big and small games and people get paid for completing a milestone in a given amount of time in the game of their choice. There can be video ads inside the app which people can watch to gain extra coins which later they can turn into real money. So for example let's say if they earn 50,000 coins then they will be able to cash out $50 using those in game coins.
