Google maps symbols

I run a community building project in my neighbourhood. Each house has people involved in many different activities and I want to be able to see this using google maps. So Using google maps, I need to be able to place symbols on houses depending on what activity they are involved in and if I have visited the house. The symbol or the house should be interactive and allow me to click on it to bring up information of the house. I.e who is living there, when the house was visited, the activities each person was involved in. FEATURE 1 The following features are need. The ability to create 3 type of profiles. - House profile (Address, names of those people who live there, when they were visited last. Indicate if they were a parent or a child, the ability to add extra fields if needed.) - individual profile. (Name of person, age, gender, when they were last visited or ended an activity. An activity history, general comments about the persons, which house they belonged to, the ability to add extra fields if needed.) - activity profile (Name of activity, when it started, general comments, who is part of the activity, the tutor, when the activity was held last, the ability to add extra fields if needed. Customisable symbol for each profile. FEATURE 2 A search based on any combination of the fields above displayed in both list view and map view. The map view would drop a symbol on the houses of any result that was searched. In this view the user would have the ability to click on this symbol to bring up the house profile. The search would also be able to display based on time. For example - A search to see who was involved in a certain activity a month ago, or which activities occurred a month ago. FEATURE 3 I would need the ability to link people to houses and people to activities dynamically when managing the profiles of individuals, or activities. FEATURE 4 log in. Only 1 type of access/user group needed. FEATURE 5 A way to simply manage individual, activity, and house profiles I have all of this information on a spreadsheet but need a better way to visualise it.
