Interactive Map of Sydney

I am looking for someone to develop a visual map of Sydney for me to use on my Wordpress site. It will be broken down into regions, and each region should have a different colour or some other identifying feature for the user to identify the region by. Its purpose on the website will be as a navigational tool for users to click to the different region pages of the site. Imagine it as a tool you’d find on an AREAS WE SERVICE page. I am thinking that on hover, perhaps the region could rise from the map or something similar? This 3D aspect would be nice, but not essential. I will leave the design up to you. Please describe in detail in your response how you plan to implement this. Must haves: - It must be responsive. - It must load quickly. - It can make use of a pre-existing plugin or design if you wish, so long as we will have the rights to use it (please include any plugin purchase price required in your budget).
