Need a designer from Pakistan as partner

I am a web+android developer and need a graphics designer as a partner from PAKISTAN. The designer must: 1) be good in photoshop+adobe illustrator (if you can achieve same results with other software, then no prob) 2) know how to make 2d+3d characters (2D is a must, 3D is a bonus, but not required right now) 3) Be imaginative and creative in designing. Because I mainly need a partner for android games designing. This means you must know how to make new characters and other game related design. 4) I WON'T BE PAYING FOR JOBS. I am not here to hire, but to find a partner. We will decide the percentage of profit for every game/app/website we make together. In other words, we will work together and share the profit.
