Build a Website

I need a website designed and built for a golf course. The site should be built with Joomla and needs to be responsive. The golf course currently has a website that you can see here – [login to view URL] The old site it not very good and we want the new one to look really different (except it will have some of the same images and words). I am attaching a layout for what I would like the site to be like (the layout doesn’t not need to be the exact same size as the boxes I have on this; they are just to show the area that I would like things to be). I have looked at a lot of website and like the layout and design used for [login to view URL] It is built using the Voxel template. I would like a similar website but do not want it built with the exact same template as I don’t want it to look like we copied their website. The layout of the main page and the secondary pages will be different as you can see from the templates. I want the secondary pages to be simpler. The menu will include Course, Rates, Clubhouse, RV Resort and Contact. The only menu item that will have a drop down list will be course and it will include Hole by Hole, Scorecard, Tournaments and Book a Tee Time. For the Hole by Hole, I want 18 pages similar to the Hole by Hole on this website - [login to view URL] - but I would like the photo of the course and the drawing of the hole reversed so that the image is bigger then the drawing. There will be one page for each hole. I would like the numbers in circles (instead of just listing the numbers) similar to this site - [login to view URL] For the Tournaments, we want it to include a request form. I will fill in the text for the rest of the pages. For main page, we want a rotating banner that has the words and image feed separate. We would like a color block to go behind the words so they are readable. We are hoping that we have the choice to have words or not but if that is not an option, then we will have words on every image. At the very top of the page on the right, we want a Book Online button and the phone number similar to how it is on this website - [login to view URL] The Book Online button will redirect to the Book a Tee Time page. I am going to eventually have this iframed for the site that we will be using to book times but haven’t chosen that company yet so for now it will just direct to a blank page and I will get that done later. The Book a Tee Time button further down the page will also direct to this page. Under the rotating banner, we want to have 3 images and words that direct to the Hole by Hole page, Tournaments page, and RV Resort page. If possible, we would like to be able to adjust these. On the right is the button to Book a Tee Time which will direct to the same page as the Book Online button at the top of the page. Under it will be a Special Sign Up with a place for people to enter their name and email address – similar to how it is on this site - [login to view URL] but they call it a newsletter sign up. I need the sign up form to link to either Constant Contact and their API will need to be worked into the form so that the emails are collected there. Under specials we want a Twitter feed and buttons for Twitter and Facebook so people can follow us. In total, there will be 25 pages. Thanks.
