Prestashop: Public Information & Reminders (My Account)

Public Information & Reminders (email and/or SMS) (Two options under My Account) Public Information For Prestashop 1.5.6.1, I require an additional option under My Account (responsive) named “Public Information”, where customers can select which variables of list described below can be reflected when QR is scanned on smart devices. I do have Theme 47775 (from [login to view URL]) on my site. Requirement must be consistent with look & design of the theme. All created fields must allow me to translate it from English (default) to Spanish. Let me clarify. When a customer registers to my site, they receive a unique QR code (printed on a PVC ID Card). The objective is that when customer suffers an accident or similar, anybody can scan their QR Code and system will direct the iPHone/iPad, etc to a PUBLIC space under customer account where that public information is allocated. Customers are responsible for their own information as long as they have an account in the site. As a result there has to be two accesses: 1. For customers (where they tick on a box on the left column of each line of information in order to allow (the scanner) to show that line of information. 2. For the person that scan the QR Code, they do NOT need to login into my site, they just reflect a new screen –responsive- (with the scheme of the site (template 47775 of [login to view URL]) with the information that the customer authorize to be public (the ones with Note: All information must be included as part of customer’s profile from Back office for the administrator of the site. Basically, it’s a form where customers that require medication can select as many reminders using this example: • Reminder (text field, where user can select the name of the pills or other requirement such as a medical appointment) with two options (Recurrent or Unique): Recurrent (Tick Box) • Frequency: Day of the week (tick on 7 boxes accordingly with days of the week) • Time (hh:mm) when customer wants to receive the reminder (local time) • End Date (Last day when the reminder is ON) after that date, reminder is automatically deleted by the system.
