DUTIES: This offer might seem a little different from the original job post for (Administrative / Office Assistant). It is due to the need for an urgent replacement of my Personal Assistant. Duties Include; but are not limited to the following: Administrative/Clerical duties, supervisions and monitoring. Scheduling programs, flights and keeping me up-to-date with them. Acting as an alternative telephone correspondence while I'm away. Making regular contacts and drop-off on my behalf. Assisting with payroll and monitoring some of my financial activities Available Position Held: Personal Assistant Type: PART-TIME FULL-TIME Hours: 15 Hours per week 40 Hours per week Days: 3 days per week 5 days per week Weekly Pay: $500 When is the best time to reach you? "Done Reading" I understand you are looking for a kind of Administrative cum Personal/Office Assistant which has good experience in providing or performing Administrative/Clerical duties and can supervise and monitor tasks and thing running around, schedule programs and making flight booking accordingly and remind you for the same before time or as when needed, ability to maintain telephonic communication and relation with business partners when you are away and more. I can perform all the duties with great quality. I have 8+ years of experience, great communications skills and an excellent command over language English in both written and spoken. I can work full time, 5 days per week and 40 hour per week. Generally, I work from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM IST but can work as per your time zone or as per your needs as well.
