Build a Directory Bussiness Site

Hi, we are a team who want´s to create a small/family businesses web directory that works for advertisement and as booking platform for hair salon, massage parlors, doctors, lawyers, etc. We want to do every add manually to verify all the info provided and it´s veracity, for this reason, we would need two interfaces. 1. For clients (service providers) to subscribe, submit their info and the payments 2. For customers (users) to see the information we advertising and a login system for them also in which they can book appointments with this small business automatically. Every booking system must be individual, for each business, at least 50 of them. One of the biggest challenges we found on this project, is that we need the site to be highly responsive, due to the high traffic from mobile devices. Also, the booking system must be synchronized with the Google calendar of the business owners in a way the could configure their availability, receive notification once they have a new customer and also block the time slots in which they are not available. Since most of these businesses are, small or family related the visual impact is very important for that reason we will need to dedicate big part of the layout to the images and videos in which we will also include the owners and a "history section" in which they can describe their services and a short story of how they started the rest we can handle it with custom fields. The basic design we want, if for the user to encounter with 3 basic options once they land on the site and before they can see any content (Free, Premium, VIP) we need this option to be customizable, (the image and the text) since we would want to change this regularly depending on the reaction of the users. Once they select one of these 3 options, we want a very discrete and non-invasive pop-up window to show up in which they can choose what type of service/business they are looking for. The primary goal of this site is to provide a very well organize, honest and accurate information for the users and a great and simple customer support to the clients (which are the people posting on the site) This is some of the functionalities we want to include on our website. o Five type of user: Webmaster, advertiser administrator, account verificator, clients, users. o Clients can control adding specific categories and registration o User-friendly and function-rich admin panel o Separate page for each client, with user ratings and reviews o Search engine optimized Interactive front-end o Database Indexing Role based authorization o Email Marketing via Newsletter o Payment Processing.(mercadopago) o Automatic expiration of advertisements after a predetermined period of time (7 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc) o Multiple languages to attract users from all over the world o Database indexing o verification for images& ads, for spam protection o clients login limited only to change service characterize and options photos and description will need admin approval. Our profit plan is with placement, which means we need to have the option to pin the selected announcements on the top part of the site or on the laterals depending on their packages. Basically the announcer would list through a contact form that will be screened by us manually, so that we can verify if the information such as photos, services, and location is right, and if it passes this filtering process then we will create the add manually give a subscription time (7 days, 15 days, 30 days) and offer special placement ad location on the site.
