Build a Political Website Network

I need you to DESIGN and BUILD this project. It must be on WordPress using the free “Largo News Platform” ([login to view URL]). Largo has lots of free News tools and themes. You can select one or more of those great themes for our project that you will need to modify/change as per our needs. Using Largo, I am looking to develop multiple sites on politics (such as on president, democrats, republicans, etc). Once one site is finalized, I would like you to use the same template/design to quickly develop almost 2700 websites using the Mass Development, and Management software from MainWP.com. I will buy the MainWP license. [login to view URL]: Your bid must verify that you have fully understood Largo platform/tools, [login to view URL] tools, and all the requirements. I will only respond to bids that clearly explain what and how will you develop this project of 2700 websites. You are responsible to development, install on my hosting, and make sure everything is working flawlessly to our full satisfaction. Purpose is to create highly engaged debate/discussion/polling sites on various topics. Almost all i.e. most of the content will be posted by site visitors/users on the site, so the site must be very user friendly and easy to use. Sites must encourage users to post/comment and share on social media sites. Other site requirements: 1. First of all, the theme must look bold and beautiful such as the theme [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] . 2. Visitors can register using a social login plugin (such as with facebook, linkedin, google, instagram etc IDs) and/or they can just register directly from our theme. 3. Registered users should be able to post any topic or headline/link to other articles and Ability to allow/disallow registered users from posting. All registered users should be able to comment/discuss that post/topic/link/article/poll etc on our site. Also, if people want they can click the link and visit the original article on other sites. Registered users must be able to write headlines and embed all kinds of media (pics, images, videos, etc) directly in posts, comments, and replies etc. Ability for users to "report/flag" abusive or offensive posts/topics/article/comments. Ability to delete/remove these reported/flagged offensive posts/comments from backend. Ability to banning/deleting users from admin backend. Admins should also be able to add/post/edit/delete anything from back end as above. 4. Admins should be able to post various kind of polls. Registered users should be able to comment on polls. Registered users must be able to suggest polls on each site. 5. Ability to post “Sponsored” posts, headlines, polls, questions, etc. Ability to “Feature” posts, headlines, polls, questions, etc for 1 or more days for free or with charge. We plan to charge for Sponsored and Featured posts, headlines, polls, questions, etc. Admin should also be able to sponsor and feature for free if admin wants to. 6. Posts/links/articles/polls etc should be displayed with latest as default but ability to search most read or most commented or most liked etc. 7. Ability to contact/email all registered users on all sites in mass email at once or only users on one site at a time etc. 8. Donate/Support button on the sites. 9. Ability to add/edit header, footer, logo, contact forms, other gadget/widget areas as needed. 10. Properly built-in advertising areas using common ad markets such as adsense, etc. Ability to sell advertising directly. 11. Good search and archive areas. 12. Site must be fully responsive, “very secure"...you can use security plugins. 13. Sites must utilize full features of [login to view URL] including back up, editing, cloning, protection, etc. 14. Site must have Spam protection, fast, Google fonts & SEO Optimized. 15. You will provide us a tutorial of everything before handover of the project.
