Build a simple one page website with server set up

I want to build a website, i have a linux server which using apache.

You need to do the followings:

1)Build a website, i want the a "making stamp online"website, just like this one: [login to view URL] , but i want a simple version, the user can type in their "company name " in chinese and english words, then the website can automatically make a specific format of company stamp chop and show the final product of stamp chop immediately. The system need to make the two type of stamp chop immediately after they type in the chinese and english words.

2) you can use any programming language you like, but i want the this website can be use in mobile phone browser, so don't need any plugin to install, i don't want the user to install the java or flash player to use this website, it is annoying!!!

3) This is the first time for me to use Apache, you need to write down the procedure and help me configure the website in Apache setting, maybe using teamviewer to help me, i use linux!!

4) The website just need to do two things, when the user in our online shop, they just need to type in Chinese and English company name, then they choose the type of chops, we just have 2 type of chops, [login to view URL] stamp 2. big stamp, when they finish choosing, 1or 2 or both stamp, the system shows the total price. There should be a blank field for use to type in their mailing address. All this information are just on one page only.

If all information has been field, they click "confirm", and the website will go to next page to show the payment method. Then, the stamps chop made by the customer will make a jpg and store in the server with the mailing address. This jpg need a high resolution.

5) I want to add a paypal icon to pay, i will give you the paypal html to add to the website.
