What about the navigation e.g. site structure? 2. How should the images be organized and displayed? 3. What specifically do you mean with tabs? 18 is a big number for human consumption that can cope and remember 5+/-2 pieces of navigation at the same time (so 3 to 7). Usually navigation tabs are not more than 7 on a user friendly website. Otherwise I'm a webmaster for 25 years and scripting animations/charts for 7+ years.
